Oral Presentation Guidelines

For On-Site Sessions

• Oral presentation time: 
  • Long format 15 min (12 min presentation + 3 min Q&A)
  • Short format 8 min (5 min presentation + 3 min Q&A)
• Please arrive in the session / online room at least 10 minutes before the session starts to check your presentation materials.
• Prepare your presentation files in both .ppt and .pdf format (to avoid technical problems such as missing fonts).
• Presentations are to be done on the laptop provided at the event. Please prepare a USB stick for transferring your presentation files to the laptop.
